@stuckonyou We're in Chicago and my husband's status changed to "Ready to be Scheduled for Interview" on August 16th, and we're still waiting to receive the interview notice. We're hoping that we receive the notice by December. 🙏

I looked at your timeline, and our dates for when we filed and did the biometrics are really close together so I'll be following any updates you make to the timeline. ☺️

What kind of group is it? For people that filed AOS in June? For people that will have their interview in Chicago? Something else? ☺️

Also, if I were to join it would that mean that everyone in the group would automatically have my phone number since it's on WhatsApp? 😶

We contacted a live agent via EMMA who then sent us a request for more evidence regarding the expedite. After we faxed that to them, it was smooth sailing

Yes. The process has been moving quickly so far. Hopefully it continues at that pace.

Hello,

I did my biometrics on September 24, 2021. Since then my status has changed to fingerprints were applied. I anticipated my EAD card would arrive within weeks, but today on EMMA chat representative told me that at national benefits center it can take over 9 months and my case has been there for three months only. With this info my anxiety over everything hits another level. Can anyone tell me if this info is true or can anyone share their timeline at NBC

Thank you and good luck to all!

I think its very unpredictable (as per the entire USCIS system) some people have waited 10 weeks post biometric and others have waited 7 months. To be honest I haven't seen many that took 9 months, but it does happen. I had my biometrics a few days earlier than you and had an RFE the following week for a clearer copy of my birth certificate. Does it say USCIS is actively reviewing your case on your login page on the website? My lawyer advised 6 months but to not make plans on that deadline. Write to a senator/ congresswomen if you are getting anxious.
