Got our biometrics appointment notice today through EMMA! Timeline:

 

PD: June 23rd, 2021

Appt date: Sept 29th, 2021

 

We still haven’t gotten the physical mailed notice yet because we found out through EMMA online today. Hoping we get it early next week or else I’m going to be stressed 😥

Congratulations to all Biometrics appointment was in August, now it says : Interview is ready to be scheduled ....Hopefully soon. Has anyone been able to obtain SSN with just I-94 and USCIS notices?

Could you please let me know how to got date from EMMA ?. Is USCIS tracker not showing date and EMMA told the date ? whats your application date ?

Hi! Philly office here. Had my bio on August 9th and status online hasn't changed, shows "Fingerprint fee was received", anyone with the same experience?

I've seen someone else that also got their interview within only a few months of filing and was wondering about that. Is this largely due to what state you live in or something like that?

Hey, we actually already got approved and have green card. According to the whatsapp group im in, Detroit is one of the fastest field offices which is where our interview was. We did not expedite the case.

My husband just had his biometrics appointment this morning. How long does it take for the status to change if it does? Do we expect a status change or not all the time?

For us the status changed to "Fingerprints were applied" around 10pm on the same day as bio which was a Thursday (9/23/21). Then the following Monday (9/27/21) at 8:30pm it changed to "Ready to be scheduled for an interview". Some people have done biometrics and not had a status change whereas others like myself did get a status change. It all depends. I have heard people reaching out to Emma chat and inquiring about it, then later that day seeing a status change. So maybe if you don't see one, you can try that I suppose.

In my case, I-485 changed to "Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview" the day after the biometrics and no status update for the rest.

 

Even after I received an interview letter, no charges on the status of any of my applications.

So far I've seen (on this thread) scheduled interviews in MI and PA.

 

Anyone else who applied in June that has either had their interview or gotten the date for it yet? 😇

@stuckonyou We're in Chicago and my husband's status changed to "Ready to be Scheduled for Interview" on August 16th, and we're still waiting to receive the interview notice. We're hoping that we receive the notice by December. 🙏
