We're in a similar position. We filed in April and haven't even had the NOA1 sent to us. We can't get our receipt number from our check as we used an international money order, we called and the lady was no help at all. We have no clue if our case has been touched or anything.

Anyway, goodluck!

Hey, join the club!! There's a topic about VSC filers who are waiting for their NOA2. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...=74459&st=0

VSC slowed to a near stop over the past two months. I'm catching up to CSC filers! ahhh

Anyway...if you fill in your timeline you can be added to the list in that topic and see where you stand. :)

Thanks for getting back to me. I think that we might have to do that as I think we might be getting one of those RFE (?) things coming our way due to us forgetting to send our statement of intent and, it looks like now, filling in the G325 rather than G325A. Either way, we need to know what to do as we have a wedding to book and plan for.

We're concerend about calling again as the last lady we spoke to was no help at all. But, we do need to get some clarification as to our position. I thought it would have been a walk in the park for us as we have been living together for over two years now, but we seem to be having it a lot harder than other people who have only spent a few weeks here or there with their loved one. I mean, no NOA1! It's crazy.

If you fill in your sent date for the I129F on your timeline then VJ will generate an estimated NOA2 date which will give you a bit of an idea of how long the average case is taking at the moment.

Nothing with USCIS is a walk in the park, unfortunately. I suspect filling in the G325 instead of the G325A will most definitely garner you an RFE.

Could the cust service center not pull up your case with just your names/dates of birth? It'll be hard to find out anything without your case number.
