Hi,

Just wanted to know if anyone has seen a movement in Seattle FO for I-751 Waiver? My PD is April 2019, stuck on waiting to schedule interview since July 2020. My receipt starts with MSC. Getting frustrated tbh

Thanks for your reply!

Did you come with CR1 visa or have you not been interviewed by USCIS yet? If that's the case, you will highly get an interview and not waiver. You can check out MSC filers in the below thread, and which month is being processed:

Removal of Conditions

02/06/2021: Filed and package sent

02/10/2021: Received by USCIS

03/18/2021: NOA 1

07/01/2021: Biometrics waived

09/27/2011: Case approved, no interview (K1 visa)

Service Center: WAC

Since your service center is NBC and your status says "waiting to be scheduled for an interview", you will have an interview.

And unfortunately it seems as if Seattle is one of the slowest field offices in the country.

I came on a CR1 visa. The marriage didn't last. This is what I meant by Waiver. Applying for 751 with a waiver. Yes, I'm ready for an interview but hoping its not too long of a wait. Since April 2019 :(
