interview Appointment Letter Not recived at Mail

Yesterday i recived In E-mail  Interview appointmet ( data and time for interview) but i dint recive Appointent letter at mail yet , im little scared bcs my interciew is scheduled And its very soon 22 june 2021 , wich i dont know if have time to recive appointment letter for 20 days left , my case status showing " in  transit" and waiting for show "ready" , what should i do to call NVC to ask for 'appointment letter' or need to print this from E-mail wich i recived same showing like appoinment letter but without ( bar code or qr code )  in CEAC site they sad appointment letter must bring at interview

Timeline

If you don't receive an actual mailed interview notice, I would proceed with printing out the email notice and go to the interview.  Of course if you receive the letter in the next couple of weeks, then it becomes a non-issue.

An email is all we ever received for my wife's interview....there was no paper letter sent.

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

okej but this appointmet from email not looks like official without any bar code or qr code or any  NVC logo , look like classis when it be printed , i searched in google how an interview  appointment letter looks , its way different from the email one recived , its any problem to call NVC and ask them ? i also have an lawyer  wich i pa 1K€ TO  complete ds-260 and more , again what is best choice  to do right now ?  i dont want do do any mistake or forget anything to bring at interview

That is an authentic appointment letter.  Go to the appointment.  Take a copy of that email.  Congratulations!!!!!

thank you so much , i will be  very happy if il get visa with my parent due to my  age is very large 26 old now ( CSPA  calculated 20 and 9 months )  but  im again little scared to get refused  about aged out

Please inform us of what happened during the interview and what was the result of cspa
