Hey everyone,

I saw that there was no spreadsheet for June filers so I made one. I am an April filer so I had created a spreadsheet for April. Then I added a new tab for May and now added another tab for June. Feel free to add your information here and keep other fellow June filers updated: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1uJwpaHzGIuuvbVMXK5h-F8KH3hCh88kMxpxC4uOJOk8/edit#gid=1410126665

Good luck to you all!

Are you guys going to fill out the "G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance" to get a text/email confirmation message when they receive your application package?

The top of that form says: "Use this form to requestn an electronic notification when USCIS accepts your immigration application. This service is available for applications filed at a USCIS Lockbox facility"

I'm confused because I don't know if my application will be "filed at a USCIS Lockbox facility" or not.

I included G1145 with mine and received e notices. ( may filing I-751) was not sure but sent anyway and it worked out fine.

Well....it is time for my third I-751 filing to be sent.

A large 26lb package ready for FedEx pickup ($375 - thanks).

No doubt this one will go wrong too and you will all overtake me when it does, but hey, I'm in this with you all too.

CR1 / DCF (London): 2012 / 2013 (4 months from I-130 petition to visa in hand)

I-751 #1- April 2015 [Denied]

April 2015 : I-751 Joint filing package sent fedex next day 09:00am from UK ($lots - thanks).
Jan 2017: Notification that an interview has been scheduled at a local office. Bizarrely still no RFE...
Jan 2017: 2hr wait, then interview terminated before it began, due to moving my ID to another state 2 wks prior. New interview 'in a few months...maybe.'   Informed them that divorce proceedings are underway, but not finalised at this time.
March 2017: An Interview was scheduled - marked as no-show as they didn't actually send out a notification of interview. FML
April  2017: Filed an official complaint with the ombudsman, and have requested Senator & Congressman assistance
August 2017: Interview - switched to a (finalised) divorce waiver. Told that decision will be made that afternoon, but no problems foreseen with my case.
October 2017: Letter of Denial received - reason given as 'I-751 petition was not properly filed'. Discovered ex-spouse made false allegations to USCIS in 2015. No opportunity given to review & refute allegations  - contrary to USCIS policy.

I-751 #2 - Oct 2017 - Mar 2021[Denied]

October 2017: Within 72hrs of receiving denial notice, a new waiver I-751, divorce decree & $680 cheque, sent to Vermont via FedEx overnight 9am priority.
Dec 2019: Filed FOIA request for full A# file
Feb 2020: FOIA request completed - entire A# file received as a .PDF; 197 pages fully redacted, and 80 partially redacted. Don't waste your time!
March 2021: I-751 #2 denied for lack of evidence. No RFE, no interview, and evidence in previous I-751 not reviewed - contrary to policy. Huge errors in adjudication.

N-400 - Feb 2018 - Apr 2021 [Denied]

February 2018: N-400 filed online.  $725 paid to the USCIS paperwork wastage fund

February  2019: Interview - cancelled after a four hour wait due to 'missing paperwork' on their end. Promised Expedited reschedule.

March 2021: Interview letter received, strangely dated after I-751 denial. No I-751 interview conducted. N-400 interview and test passed, given 'cannot make a decision at this time' paper due to the ongoing I-751 nightmare...

April 2021: N-400 denial received citing recent I-751 denial as basis for ineligibility, even though it should have been a combo interview 🤯

I AM JACK'S COMPLETE LACK OF SURPRISE

Service Motion - March 2021 [Sent via FedEx & COMPLETELY IGNORED by USCIS]

March 2021: Service Motion request sent overnight addressed direectly to field office director, requesting urgent review and re-opening, based on errors in adjudication - citing USCIS policy, AFM and memorandums as basis for errors. This was completely ignored by USCIS.

 I-751 #3 - June 2021 - Jan 2024 [Denied]

IT'S GROUNDHOG DAY

June 2021: I-751 #3 (30+lbs/5000 pages of paperwork) & another $680 sent to USCIS via FedEx ($300+..thanks) ....

June 2021: Receipt issued, card charged, biometrics waived, infopass scheduled for I-551 stamp number ten.....

Feb 2022: RFIE (no, not an RFE, a Request For Initial Evidence) received, for copies of the divorce paperwork that they already have 😑

July 2022: Infopass for I-551 stamp number eleven.....

August 2023: Infopass for I-551 stamp number twelve....

January 2024: Denial received, ignoring the overwhelming majority of the filing, abundance of evidence, and refutation of a provably false allegation. The denial also contradicts itself in multiple places, as if it was written by someone with an IQ <50.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

2024: FML. Seriously. I'm done.

My I-751 package just got delivered (June 7th, by UPS). The delivery proof says "Received by WEST", "Delivered at Dock". Is this expected? I'm not sure what DOCK means.

@tiantian2, West is likely the last name or name of the person who signed for it. Dock is the receiving dock. It's usually the back of the building where all they do is accept deliveries in bulk.

I-751 Joint Filing.

06-15-2021 - Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken.

05-26-2021 - Received NOA/extension letter. Notice date and postmarked 05-20-2021.

05-23-2021 - Received text message with Receipt #. YSC Potomac Center.

05-21-2021 - Checks cashed (processing on joint checking account)

05-07-2021 - I-751 received in Arizona.

Marriage-based AOS - Concurrent filing.

05-07-2019 - AOS Approved. Resident since date 05/07/2019.

05-06-2019 - AOS Interview

04-23-2018 - "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

03-16-2018 - Priority Date.

I sent out my I-751 package on 06/01/2021 and it arrived 06/02/2021. I used express 1-day shipping because my GC is expiring on the 22nd of this month.

I initially applied and paid for the wrong application [I-90 Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card] unknowingly in April this year and actually got an NOA1 with a 12 months extension notice (i don't know why).

So I basically have two applications at USCIS at the moment.😩🤷‍♂️

So I got a notification today that my CC has been charged $680 by USCIS. Basically 5 days, which I believe is great news! #Babysteps

Me too, fingers crossed. I got a text this morning with my case number and letting me now form I-797 will follow by mail. The case number points to Potomac Service Center, so I'm already preparing myself for a long, long wait. I do hope they are speeding up their processing.

A tip on photos: put 3-5 photos on a page using powerpoint, add captions, print colored one sided on regular paper. At least that's what we did for both AoS and RoC. We still sent 40-50 photos but in 8-10 pages.
