oh I thought you're at SRC as I see your filing at texas center :(

Texas service center was my original i864 filing. When we file the i751 we get a receipt with receipt # beginning with service center they assigned. Ours was MSC

Hi everyone, I have applied for my ROC received date was on 06/03/2021 and notice date of 06/08/2021.  As of June 22, 2021 case status was updated to show fingerprint has been taken.  I tried to submit a cased inquiry but it indicated that I was still within the processing time.  My extension letter expires in August 2023.  I need to attend my brothers wedding and am hoping that this will be solved by then.  I am so worried.

It is annoying, I agree!

People are receiving 48 month extension letters. Perhaps you can expect to receive one soon? You can also try requesting it.

Your letter must be on its way.

We received ours yesterday - we filed April 2021 and already have a collection of extension letters-. 😁

What letter must be on it's way?  I received my 18 month extension letter, then the 24 month extension letter which will expire on August 21, 2023.  Should I wait for the 48 month extension letter or can I request for it to be expedited?  Just so I have it on hand.

They are saying the 48 month extension letter is likely already on its way. Many people have received it in the last week or so (we got ours yesterday). I would just wait for the extension letter at this point, and if you haven't received it in the next few weeks, then do an inquiry about "missing notice".

I will wait.  But worst case scenario where would I would send the inquiry? Would it be to the email on the uscis website?

Hi guys, just got an update on my I-751.  It says that my case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction.  I am currently waiting for my notice in the mail.  Just wondering if anyone else experienced this or heard of it before and what is the meaning of this?  I was looking it up online and there were mixed answers.  Hope someone is able to give me some advice.  *crossing fingers* hoping it’s not a negative thing.

Did you move to another state or city? Did you file N-400? Any of those events can trigger this.
