Did you end up being able to get a hold of someone on the phone? If not, I would recommend drafting a letter with your case number, explaining the situation and providing a copy of something that provides the correct spelling of your name.

Hi, did you receive the NOA? Sorry this experience has been so frustrating so far.

Hi, sorry to hear that. Were you able to figure out a solution?

No, I called, but the phone option says to use USCIS Tools and Resources.

Case Questions—If your document or notice has a mistake or was not delivered, or if you need an accommodation for an appointment, please visit uscis.gov/e-request

I just submitted my e-Request today. It says

USCIS will review and process the request.

Expect a reply by August 2, 2021

Am hoping it doesn't delay the process.

They got SCR because they are not CR1 and because they live in the area that is usually assigned to SCR, they do not assign service centers randomly.

You are correct and this is how assignment works for processing Center’s. I knew this already thank you 😊

I haven’t received anything. They told me to wait 60 days from when it was delivered but my green card expires

I would organize a second package to be sent, just in case. Did you make a copy of the application and evidence that you already submitted?

Update: I mailed my application on June 16, 2021 with FedEx. It arrived and was signed for on June 17, 2021. Text with receipt # received on June 23, 2021. Could not track my case via MyUSCIS (new or old site) until July 2, 2021. Then on July 2, 2021 both websites stated that USCIS received my I-751 on June 17, 2021 but the case received date listed July 2, 2021. NOT SURE HOW THAT HAPPENED. NOA is in the mail finally today (July 12, 2021). As such, it took me almost a month to get my NOA in the mail while everyone else has been taking a week or two. My case number wasn't available for weeks to track either. Writing this so that anyone else that has this kind of hiccup can feel comforted that it will come. Now we wait for biometrics....

Timeline

Sent ours I-751 package off on 25 June USPS Priority Mail with receipt.

Lifting Conditions
Event Date
CIS Office : Vermont Service Center
Date Filed : 2021-06-25
NOA Date : 2021-07-01

Received I-797 NOA on July 10, which states that the I-75 was received on 6/29 and the NOA was created on July, 1.

NOA also has a note that says that "Your conditional resident status is extended for 18 months from the expiration date on your Form I-551" (Green Card). Our expiration date was July 11, 2021.  That means, I guess that we're good until January 11, 2023.

However, VisaJourney sent me an email stating that my I-751 Approval Estimate is now April 2, 2023.

I hope it doesn't take that long...

Current processing times for the Vermont Service Center our 8.5 - 17 months.

Visa Journey also uses data from other users who have updated their timelines to provide you with a projection. So it would be accurate.

Anybody got any news about biometrics from SRC(Texas)?

Nothing on my end either. I have additionally posted the link of other ROC June filers. This has been helpful to follow, especially since others add their info of when they receive communications with USCIS.

Hi Guys, I need some advice.

I have not met my parents since 2019, they are overseas. The borders finally opened and I would like to visit them in November of this year. My GC expires 3rd Sept. I have received the extension letter, but for international travel I would need the I-551 stamp in my passport, correct? My understanding is that infopass appointments are not being scheduled. What are my options here?

No, that is incorrect. Just travel with the expired GC and the extension letter and your foreign passport: https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/assets/documents/2019-Mar/2019 Carrier Information Guide - ENGLISH.pdf "Expired Conditional Resident Card, Form I-551 accompanied by Form I-797, Notice of Action indicating the card validity is extended"

That's all you need, that letter and and your national passport, you need a stamp in your passport only if you lost your extension letter, I left the country and came back with my passport and the letter, no problem ever, it just takes longer a bit since they take your documents away so to verify your status in the US, but besides that, never had a problem
