I'm in the same boat.  June filer, fingerprints reused, but status still says case received.  Guessing that's not too unusual.

Are you using myuscis account to check the status or just uscis website?

Just curious I can’t seem to remove any cases from myuscis account, the remove button is gone and it used to be next to each case

I use the uscis website but myuscis shows the same.  Also don’t see a way to remove my old cases.

Hey guys, just found this forum. We filed our I-751 in June 2021 and the online case status just changed last week to "New Card is Being Produced." Hopefully this means approval. California Service Center.

I've updated as much of my timeline as I can. Filing notice date was 6/10/21. I haven't updated the approval sections of the I-751 yet as like I indicated, the status only shows "New Card is Being Produced" and not actual approval. It still shows the same status as of now. CR-1 visa (I was already on H-1B in the US and had been living in the US for over 10 years on various F-1 and H1B visas when we got married - my last H1B visa was about to expire and I would have been required to leave the US for one year as I had used up my entire H1B allotment). The initial filing was for a joint green card/EAD and the filing was assisted/paid for by my former employer.

Just some additional information that may be helpful to others: we did a confidential marriage. We were supposed to have an actual public ceremony, but it has now twice been postponed because of COVID. During our AOS interview, we were asked if any of our families knew about the marriage, and we honestly answered that no one knew, but we were planning a public ceremony later that year. We did submit evidence of payments of deposits on the public ceremony (venue, wedding coordinator, etc.) as well as correspondence related to the first postponement (second postponement happened after we had submitted the I-751 and we never received an RFE). We also keep our finances separate so we did not submit joint bank account statements (we did have other investment accounts that we keep jointly and we file our tax returns jointly). We had bought a house late last year and were prepared to submit documentation related to that purchase if needed, but again, we did not receive any RFE.

We did not have to do an interview other than the initial AOS interview.

Correction, not an actual CR-1 visa. The green card was conditional but I did an AOS while already in the US. Sorry for the confusion.

Whoops! I apologize, I just realized you have your timeline filled out. Sorry if I sounded grouchy about it. It looks as though you may have found a small loop hole. As June filers are moving Verryyy  slooowwww. But regardless it looks as though you are approved! No interview needed and now your LPR card is being produced. Congrats!

No apologies needed as I actually just filled out my timeline after your request. Hopefully I do get the new card soon. It's been a long journey for me in the US (aside from the actual change of status journey). I've been here since 2005 (came as an F-1). I think I'll also be able to file for citizenship in June as it would be 3 years from the date of my initial GC.

Good luck to everyone who's still waiting!
