Anyone experiencing delays with Canada Post delivering Visas?

We were approved for our visas in Montreal last Wednesday. By last Friday we got notice that our visas were processed ( within 2 days) and that the visas left the consulate to be delivered. We got our Canada Post tracking number for delivery to the courier location we picked and set up before our interview.

It said it would be delivered this Tuesday (yesterday) and it wasn't. Then today it said it will be delivered tomorrow (Thursday) and then later today it said now it won't be delivered until Friday. It says it's still sitting in Montreal, hasn't budged. (With the courier in Montreal not at the consulate).

What the heck is going on? Has anyone else experienced this? And there's no number to call the location it's being delivered to. Pretty soon we'll be going there in person asking whats going on. So frustrating.

That would be very frustrating for sure! I'm guessing there is no phone number for the courier either. I'd be googling every thing around the courier to see if I could call them and see if they knew a number I could call

No there was just a general 1-800 number. We'll just go right to the place and ask if need be. Hopefully it comes by Friday. Definitely frustrating. These things are time sensitive and life changing. Not that they (Canada Post) probably know what is in our package but still.

Thank you 🙂.Someone else just got their visas today that were mailed out from the consulate same day as ours. The tracking site was never updated as delivered but they emailed to say it was ready to pick up. So hopefully we get that soon at least.

Hi, you never came back to update? Did you end up getting them?
