Its been almost 6 months since NOA1 for Removal of Conditions process

Depends on your service center. If case number starts with MSC or WAC, i think it is normal. For the others, especially if you are in SRC, i would call uscis to check. Also, depends on what the last communication was.

02/06/2021: Filed and package sent

02/10/2021: Received by USCIS

03/18/2021: NOA 1

07/01/2021: Biometrics waived

09/27/2011: Case approved, no interview (K1 visa)

If I understand the title to this thread, you received the NOA1/18-month Extension letter after filing the ROC.  I know when my wife filed her ROC, other than the biometrics notice, that was all she ever received in about 13 months.  I have heard there are more interview waivers and re-use of biometrics so I am not sure 6 months of nothing other than the NOA1 is really out of the ordinary.

It starts with MSC... and I just checked on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do;jsessionid=C84C166BBA9AF42E3AB14EE1267A5ECB with the Recepit number, and it just shows that the case was received.
