yes i am currently in the US. Our papers was in the NVC and they sent us the step by step process that we need to do.  But we check the step by step i didnt see the forms of I-485 (adjustment of status) and other forms as well. I only saw on the steps the I-864 Affidavit of support on NVC Step by step processing.

I'm assuming your were not in the US when i130 was filed. NVC is for consular processing so disregard that if you are filing i485. File AOS package with uscis. Inform NVC through email that you will be doing AOS with uscis so they return your package back to uscis.

NVC would not send instructions for form I-485 because they only get involved with consular processing of visas.  Seems like you don't intend to get an immigrant visa so the NVC instructions don't apply to you.

Follow @arken's advice above to inform NVC that you're doing adjustment of status instead.  Check the AOS guide here on VJ and on the USCIS web site.  Here's the official I-485 form instructions -- https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-485instr.pdf

Submit your AOS package as soon as possible.  Hopefully you're still in legal status in the US.  If not, you're now deportable.  Keep a low profile until you receive the I-485 receipt notice from USCIS.
