Item 8 in the latest IATF Resolution:

So where I live, Subic, they immediately put this out...

So, Philippines has about 5-10 thousand new cases per day right now, and most are in this NCR Plus area.  NCR Plus is on GCQ.

Any age can now come to Subic, a MGCQ area with not many cases.  If you want to bring your family, the kids and grandma will need to be tested before you leave.  At considerable cost.  The 2 kids and grandma were not supposed to leave the house prior to this, so they are the least likely to be infected.

Meanwhile, Mom, dad and uncle, all in the 18-65 range, are out working, buying the groceries, mingling around with the population.  They require no testing under this new rule.

So, this is a middle class family, dying to get out.  They get the kids and lola tested.  All is well.  So they all hop into their Innova and drive to Subic.  3 tested and 3 untested.  Lola has not been out in a while.  She sits next to uncle, and young and fit man.

They get to Subic and Lola is coughing.  It gets worse, and they end up at the ER.

That's one version of the story.  I can think of others.

Meanwhile, the residents of Subic, like me, are under orders that we can't take our kids to the park across the street from our house.

I just paid about $49 each for 9 people to test at Red Cross, so that they can got to Ilocos Norte, San Nicolas, for passports.  Closest available appointments before October.  ages 2 to 35

That's crazy!  Was that at the Red Cross facility here in Subic?  I thought they were p3500 per test?  Or was that a saliva test?
