Hi all.
we sent off our package for the K1 back in later June, however still no NOA1.
I’m getting worried, anyone else in the same boat?
thanks!

Nope, I got mine a week after submitting.

What method did you use to submit? UPS/USPS/FedEx? Did you get tracking on it?

Definitely time to reach out to USCIS if the tracking shows delivered.

Did you fill G-1145 Online Notification form ? If you didn't fill the form your notification may have been sent by post.

If you fill the form than you should contact with USCİS i think.

Hello, I am new to this site and have been doing so much research for the past few days and landed on this site thankfully. All of the messages have been very helpful.

I am just a little confused and hooping someone can help me out. I filed I-129F K-1 visa in June 2021. Sent in the paper work on June 7, 2021, the paperwork was received on June 10, 2021 and the notice for approval was dated June 16, 2021.

Mine paperwork is being processed at the California center. I have checked and it states that the time frame for approval is 6 - 8 months. But some places say 8 to 10 months

Also have checked the processing time and now California service center is working on February 11, 2021 paperwork for NOA1 to NOA2.

So, basically I just want to know if anyone knows how accurate the information I have found online is. If there is anyway that maybe hopefully I will receive my NOA2 sooner than later.

This process is so hard for me. It just sucks that we have to wait so long to be with other soulmates.

Thank you ahead of time for anyone that will help with my confusion.

Welcome!! Although the website says they are working on February, they are really behind and still processing the end of January. I will say that patience is key when dealing with USCIS. You may see an approval within the 6-8 month timeframe but the processing time will fluctuate

Thank you so much for getting back to me. I am trying to stay positive and hope that the time frame is more between 6-8 months rather than 8-10 month.

Even a day earlier is better. I never thought the waiting process will take this long and be this hard

I am so glad that this site exists for us to be here and help each other get through these hard moments. It is easier to talk to individuals who are going through the same thing

Hi, I am not sure if there is a thread for July filers but and if there is, please do send the link. Anyway, we filed our k1 on July 31,2021. We haven't received our NOA1 since, but we know that it has been delivered to a lockbox facility in Texas on August 5. Just curious if this delay is normal as I have been reading from other posts that they have received their NOA1 by mail within a month or two. Is there anything that could be done to know of our case status? Thanks.

Hi, any other June 2021 filers going through the Dublin embassy? Wondering how it is doing on reducing the backlog? If our petition is approved in March 2022, do you think getting an interview appointment within 3-4 months after is realistic? Thanks!

Hey! You can check this site - it has historic and relatively current information about how many of each visas are given approval at different embassies. You can just search for Dublin and K1 throughout the months to see how they're doing in general. The October numbers will probably be posted by the end of this month:

Hi everyone, I submitted my case first week of June and got a response (NOA1) on June 16. They received the documents June 9th. Been waiting since then but haven’t heard anything. Anybody in June get a reply yet or is it really random? I’ve seen the May post getting some replies so I was hoping this month has been seeing some responses as well.

This whole process is really frustrating and the waiting game is absolutely torture.

They received my case on June 9th as well. No response. Still the same.

It's a waiting game.
