The important thing about No2 is that he was sponsored and you have to add him in for the I 864.

His future immigration issues with the exception of the I 864 are his problems.

I hope that ice remove him. When they do it, then I am not responsible anymore. The thing is that my father help me too, my father and I sponsored this stupid guy.

I file my i130 for my current 3rd husband on May 14 and I have my Noa1 for may 14 too because I file online and I got IOE case. I marry on May 8, 2021. I file an i129f for k3 but I don't have my Noa1 yet.

My question is, do I have a red flags with USCIS for been married again?

My previous husband married me for my papers and I report that to the fraud page in travel.org and at the ICE link at the USCIS page but in both times I don't have any answers from them.

Focus on strengthening your evidence for now, join a few groups for support and to have a general idea of processing time while you’re waiting. I think it’ll go better for you if you go in with a really strong case

I know what ICE is about but I can not be unhappy because what someelse did to me. It is not my fault that this guy betrayed me. I'm in all the dispositions and I have pictures and proofs about My ex husband and the lady that he never left. Today I call Ice and they give me all the information that I need to file again for fraud. Right now I'm building a PDF document, putting all the evidence together for them.

Your fraud case is very weak. At one point he was exactly what you wanted and you both jumped through hoops to demonstrate to USCIS and the embassy that your marriage was the Real Deal.

Normally I would advise you to slow down and stop rushing into marriage with men you obviously don’t know very well. But that ship had sailed and husband number 3 is about to go through the immigration process and into your child’s life.

Are all of them from the DR?

Seems so

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

You have all the reason. I marry a person that I did not really know. He was a good false men.

Yes all 3 came from DR from my home town. My first husband is my baby boy father. I been married him for 6 years and half.

My biggest mistake was marry husband #2. Because of him I know that I can be in the eyes of immigration.

About my husband #3 we been together for a year and 2 months and he just propose me the marriage few days after our first anniversary. But he propose me the marriage because I'm pregnant of him.

If he proposed jutst because you're pregnant, it doesn't look good.

And if you've been together for a year it looks like you've been together when you were married to husband #2. Seems like a pattern.

Still wish you all the best.

Of course in papers I was still married to husband 2 because due to covid courts where closed. I saw the judge on January 2020 and in Dominican republic the divorce paper took like 3 months after you see the judge. If you can calculate my divorce papers were supposed to come out by April. But DR shout down completely by the end of March. They reopened in October with limitations and that is when I get my paper. I meet my husband at the middle of April. He doesn't have anything to do with my reasons for divorce. He married me because I'm pregnant that was his choice because we live together the hole year in DR and he always said that a paper don't tie people together. He did it because he knows I will go back to new york, like I did. And it will be hard for him stay apart of me and from our future baby.

Hopefully you weren't married the 3rd time before the 2nd divorce was final.
