Has anyone had trouble adding a joint sponsor on the CEAC website recently?

We've been waiting since last Tuesday for the Joint Sponsor to be added so that we can upload financial documents to my husband's parents cases, but still only see the "N/A" in the documents section that cannot be clicked on.

We have tried calling the NVC several times over the last week only to get a "call back later" every single time. Has anyone had this same experience? Help!

Yes, many reports of this issue in the NVC sub-forum and elsewhere on VJ.  Only recourse is to call NVC and report that you are also affected.

Thanks, Chancy! Should have taken a closer look at the forums first.

Looks like we'll just have to keep dialing and hope for the best!
