@LuckyCat has done a great job of listing good documents!!!

1.  There is no "right" way to organize your documents.  Just remember - you are telling a story of your relationship, and your documents should help tell this story.  Here is a suggestion for "groupings":  Cover Letter, Mandatory documents, Documents to show financial co-mingling, Documents to show you have lived together at the same place, Documents that show you "do life" together (such as credit cards, insurance, gym/library memberships, vacations together), Documents you are planning for the future (wills, Medical Powers of Attorney).

2.  Affidavits are NOT mandatory.  They are most helpful if you have gaps in the items listed in #1, above.  Otherwise, they are not considered primary evidence.

Best of luck!

I think it is recommended to do the two hole punch at the top of documents and use the Acco two prong clips to hold them together. I used post-it notes to show different sections.

I used ACCO binders, but others have used rubber bands and alligator clips.  I feel that ACCO clips are the safest - papers cannot "fall out" using ACCO binders, as long as you have two-hole punched and loaded each paper correctly.

@luckycat Nailed it! As usual.

Would only possibly add:

  • Driver's licenses from each of you showing the same home address (ideally).

Profile pic - Rainbow Tower of the Hilton Hawaiian Village - Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Why this for the profile pic?  Often in movies and on TV when they show Hawaii they show this beach/view. So, instead of doing Kauai or some other locale, we decided to do here, so that whenever some show shows Hawaii and this view, we will see where we were married.

1. How should I arrange my documents for removal of condition does anyone have pictures

2. Are sworn affidavits from thrid parties mandatory?

thanks guys

Affidavits are unnecessary, they're very weak evidence as anybody can lie.

Make a cover letter that lists everything that is included in your package, make a few categories and number them. Then you add sticky tabs at the bottom of the pages (USCIS wants tabs at the bottom and not on the sides for easier storage and scanning) and write the numbers on those tabs. Put the documents in the same order you listed them on your cover letter.

Drop the whole thing in a polybag and tape it shut to keep it from getting wet, then send it in a USPS Priority Box (save the tracking number!).
