Do you mean joint bank statements?

On both of these, I wouldn’t send every statement and bill for 2 years. It just clutters up your file with redundancy. My suggestion is send earliest date, two middle-ish, and most recent at time of filing.

Why are they partial?

You have a good variety of evidence and should have no problem.

Go to the IRS webpage download your TAX transcripts for each year of your marriage, you can download them from the IRS webpage, you can keep the partial returns along with the transcripts (USCIS prefer the official TAX transcripts from IRS).

I would include joint bank statements (all you have) for each month during your marriage.

Include your W2 and 1099 for both for each year of marriage for each of you (Show both employment/income but they also have your address on them so shows home addresses during marriage)

Don't skimp on evidence no penalty for "extra relevant evidence”.

Yes joint bank statements. Going to send quarterly ones.
So much to our tax returns as husband is employed/self employed etc

I’ll have to ask FA for the earliest one.

The "Partial" part of the tax returns could get you into trouble.

You need:  Your 1040, and ALL accompanying documents of your returns, including W-2s, K-1s, 1099s (whatever you submitted).

You've got good evidence - just be sure to submit all pages of whatever joint bank account statements you choose (we did quarterly), plus the whole package of your tax returns.  Honestly, if you can get them, transcripts are easier, in my opinion, and it's really what USCIS prefers, as it proves you actually filed your tax return.  Copies of your returns do not PROVE you submitted them!

Good luck!

Actual affidavits from family and friends are not important unless immigration asks for this type of evidence

it is all about joint and living together

IRS transcripts or the 1040 plus W2's and any 1099's

it is either or

IRS is offical and they have documented the W2's

I would send transcripts.  I think your evidence is good.  I would wait until after the 90 day window opens before mailing the package.  I would not mail it even one day earlier than that.  Good luck.

@AmandaandChayne

I would submit either quarterly or monthly statements from your bank accounts. USCIS wants to see evidence since the date of your marriage and they also want to see continuity. It might get redundant but really, that shows consistency. Consistent evidence can become redundant and that's the nature of it. You do not want them wondering if there are transactions that you do not want them to see.

Remember, they are still trying to make sure that you are not a terrorist who's laundering money receiving large amounts of money from whoever on a regular basis.

Please list a source for that statement.  Actually, they want to know that you are living you live together as a couple and sharing expenses and financial resources.

Removed it. I could cite the fact that USCIS runs background checks for AOS, I-751 and N-400 but let's leave it at that. :)

@AmandaandChayne

to show health insurance, I printed the cards, of course, but also my paystubs to show that it is deducted every month and the amount.I am not saying that you have to or that you should. We just showed evidence from all angles. We also showed the date that I added my spouse to my insurance.

All in all, though, I think you have solid evidence. I would not be worried. Now all you need is for your file to end up at the Texas service center and be adjudicated within 4 to 8.5 months. :)

I downloaded the 2019 tax transcript and it doesn’t show our full names missing out last two letters from our last name and only the number and street name of our address!! Will that be a problem?
