USCIS Online _ Won't let me in without verifying my identity, but I never got a DOS Case #

Hi All,

So, I log in as usual and it seems the site has completely changed and it now won't let me log in without verifying my identity with a DOS case #.  Nothing is showing, not my case, updates, documents tab or anything. 

I am 14 months into my N400 application,  and i recieved my GC while here in the US so from what I understand I wouldn't have gotten one.  Anyone with any suggestions on how to get into my account?

I am getting real frustated and tired of all this!

Hi. Were you able to log in to your account? Mine was like that, too. But waited for couple of hours to check. And it was back to normal.

Yes, I finally was able to get in today.  I thought maybe they had changed the online system and I wouldn't be able to get in.
