My daughter filed for me in April 2019, I submitted my documents over a month ago and got notice that her tax transcript was rejected saying that she needs to submit her 2020 wage and income tax and she had sent in all of her tax returns for the past three years I think, why do you think her tax transcript was rejected? And when she submits it again will I be placed in the back of the “line” waiting for another month for this to be reviewed or will it be catered to immediately? I tried getting a expedited but unfortunately even though aging out and finance and a few other things are good reasons for the need of this expedite the us embassy in my home country is going by who’s case they get first

An expediate request is when the USC is having issues  not the beneficary '

your daughter would have submitted 2019 tax transcripts before the extended date for filing which was May 17th,  2021

and now 2020 tax transcripts need to be sent

Sorry as the covid and the backup for embassy interviews has raised havoc with the process

When things start to happen with your case,  they will happen fast so be patient and best of luck and a good life to you

As the parent of a US citizen who by as filed a petition for you (IR-5 category), there is no possibility of aging out, so at least that's not a worry for you.

I understand what you mean but that would not be seen as a reason for expedite by uscis, it’s an as yet non-existent petition from an as-yet non existent LPR. They can’t expedite based on what might happen once someone gets a green card.
