I'm surprised the PI experts haven't answered this question.........☺️

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I use Flowerstore.ph. They're consistently prompt and the arrangements always look good. I've sent flowers with personalized notes thrice this year. They also have options to add chocolate and other gifts.

Thanks, I'll give Flowerstore.ph a try.

I've been trying to find a reliable service that doesn't have a ton of negative reviews.

Unfortunately, people, in general, are much quicker to post negative reviews rather than positive ones.  Good luck.

That's true, people are often much more vocal when they have something negative to say. I've used Flowerstore.ph for a couple of years now with no complaints, both when I lived in the PH and now that I live in the US.

I don't see it that way at all

Stay away from the ones with negative reviews, they have earned them.

I would send cash instead, I have checked out a few floral shops in Manila and Davao City, and the flowers are not up to US Standards, even though you are going to pay close to US rates.

Many year ago I was in the floral game as a wholesaler and grower, Had some farmland in Florida that grew the green and imported the rest from mostly Central America.   You are looking at 4 x mark up from grower to Wholesaler.  Add another 4 to 5x markup on wholesaler to florist.  So it's almost a scam in my opinion.  I have been very unimpressed by the quality of flowers and the arrangement/presentation done in the Philippines.

Send flowers and chocolates if you wish, but cash is always a better gift going to Philippines.  Let them buy what they want with the money, instead of some flowers that will be wilted in a few days

I have no idea how I would have sent my wife flowers before we were married to where she lived. I don't believe it would have been possible. Maybe in the larger cities you can. Of course Adventine has given you solid advice that will probably work in those larger cities.

Finally done...

I used Proflowers twice when my wife was living in Laguna.  First one was great; no issues.  Second one, the roses were very wilted and old.  I complained and without hesitation they sent another dozen right away, and they were fresh.

That was 10 years ago.  I see they have some bad reviews now but their customer service was good back then.

When I used to send flowers and Ferro Rochcher bouquets with a personalized note to my wife in the Philippines I used  giftgonow: giftgonow.com They always delivered beautiful red roses from local flower shops in Cebu.
