Hey! i have seen your posts from before, and as far as I know your interview is in Brussels. This is my embassy as well, but I am waiting for K-1 visa. Just wanted to say good luck tomorrow! ☺️

Thank you so much! You will get your interview letter soon! When was your DQ? :)

I am not sure if DQ applies to fiance visa, NVC sent our file to the embassy in Brussels last week and it says "Ready" on ceac. So just waiting for the email from Brussels to prepare the documents and schedule the interview.

I am just very happy to see you finally having the interview because I remember your post from few months ago asking about the backlog in Belgium 🥳

I’m still confused on that.. because people say that you have to have your interview after your 2nd wedding anniversary  to get your 10 year not entering I thought..

It's the date of US entry that matters.  If the date you first enter on your spouse visa (even if it is a CR1 visa) is after your 2nd wedding anniversary, you will get a 10-year green card.  If USCIS makes a mistake and sends you a 2-year GC, you can request for a replacement to a 10-year GC via an I-90 application.  The application will be for free because it is due to USCIS error, which will be obvious when checking your arrival record against the wedding date on your marriage certificate.
