Very confused on COVID flight restrictions to U.S.

Timeline

Just limit your stays to highly rated hotels that include Covid testing onsite as part of the room rate and you will be fine.

Yes, K-1s can transit through Europe and enter the USA.

There is zero problem with her transiting. She needs a Negative PCR test within 72 hours of arrival in the USA. This isn't difficult. Dniprolab, Eskulab, or any of the 4 covid testing sites at the Boryspil airport can have test results by the day's end. There is no reason not to fly. 

 

Frankfurt is probably the easiest connection in terms of number of flights and COVID rules. Amsterdam and Istanbul are also reliable. 

 

I fly through at least once per month.
