Company looking to hire someone with H-2B

I have a granite countertop business in Florida and we are having a hard time finding workers. I wanted to bring people with H-2B visas, but I am having a hard time getting certified. I was wondering if anyone here has completed the process on the employers end who can give me a few pointers. I have completed form 9141 but I have a few questions about the documents that need to be uploaded in order to complete form 9142B. Thanks in advance
