Ok anyone file online and wait a while to get your NOA1 ? I got the online notification with receipt number on the day I filed almost immediately and then it also changed to actively review but still no NOA1 in my documents or in the mail .. I applied May 1 so it hasn’t been a month yet but just think it’s weird that it’s not in my documents tab.

We're filing from abroad. My wife is petitioning for me and my son. We live in my country right now, she came here right before the pandemic started. We married May 5th 2020.

Haven't received any notification from USCIS yet.

Little update: Checks were cashed on May 28th, so we should be getting receipt notices soon 😊

I know that K3 is obsolete. I’m showing Nebraska as processing center and that’s where I received my NOA from. Rep on phone says California but whatever. So i decided to send over the K3 application in hopes for a quicker approval if it is indeed at California. That wait time is terrible. 

 

I also signed up with lawfully and saw that 3/26 cases submitted between May and June approved already.

We are Elizabeth (petitioner) and Simon (beneficiary), currently living abroad in Chile. We actually filed June 1st 2021, I know it shouldn't go in this topic, but had nowhere to share our process hahaha 😆. Our timeline goes:

 

Marriage: 04/16/2021

Case filed (online): 06/01/2021

NOA1: 06/01/2021

Nebraska Service Center

 

Today we got an email from USCIS saying "We have taken an action on your case" (not completely sure what this means) it's been a couple of days so we're a little bit confused. We checked  https://my.uscis.gov/ website and nothing has changed yet. This seems to be pretty common, we've read that is a delay on the system and wait for some days.

I also filed the I129f for K3 

I send it by overnight delivery and it was received on 5/22/2021 but no NOA1 came yet for the k3.

Did you file online? How do you know your case is in Nebraska SC? I filed online and online its showing Nebraska. The noa 1 i received shows me texas and when i called them they said vermont lol

I got my letter both top and bottom says Nebraska when I call they say California so I’m say Nebraska until I get a transfer letter. Praying I don’t. Lastly California typically doesn’t process USC I130 for Spouse with timeline they show. So we shall see
