I filed May 14, still waiting on NOA 2. I received a letter saying it's being processed in Potomac, but I talked agent they said California. I'm confused.

We are similar, filed May 2022 but still awaiting NOA2. Ours was Nebraska but when I talked to the agent they said California. They seem to disperse the workload after its initially filed, very common. Unfortunately when I asked the agent they said I should be going by the California processing times, but from VJ it seems normally 7-12 months no matter what centre.

Pretty disappointed at the process it's now saying until may to be approved and I have a baby on the way.

Mine saying end of March… Hope it’s just a stupid prediction tho, it’s changing all the time…

still, it’s super hard to plan your life with that mess with dates

Good news we were approved yesterday! Can't believe it. I think filing the K-3 definitely helped.

Congrats, we filed on the 3rd of May and it’s still saying Activity reviewing, be did not filed for the K-3 thou.

I noticed it went into actively reviewing twice than I was approved.

If I were you I would send the K-3 doesn't hurt and doesn't cost anything it's worth a shot.

congrats @Rjjens2022.  I agree K3 does not hurt and it helps.  WHen did you send your K3,  service center for K3 ?

Thank you.  I think Potomac is taking K3 and approving the I130 and denies K3.  Not every other SC is doing that.  I am trying to find out the pattern.  Since your I130 is in POTOMAC,  I believe K3 also went to POTOMAC
