No updates since the Noa 1. Looks like it was transferred at some point from Nebraska to Vermont.  PD 5/20/21.

Still waiting on my official NOA 1, online filer California service center (because I asked Emma live representative 4 different times) 

went into Actively reviewing on May 5 but I asked Emma today and was told that active review doesn’t mean it is in an officers hand for review it only means that I appear to have submitted all the required documents and it is ready for review …. 😤 … a little confusing on the case status… 

Hi, do you have updates on your case yet? I filed for my spouse in Nigeria as well in May 2021, received the Nebraska SC, I checked the processing time and it's past the processing date listed on my receipt. I am confused and the customer service line is not going through.

I wish you good luck.  Yes you are outside of normal processing time.. you are eligibile to file this form

No I still have not heard anything … my online confirmation also said Nebraska but when I called to check on my application it was in fact in California the whole time. Apparently the online method says everyone is Nebraska but then it’s actually sent to whichever PC they want to send it to. Have you checked to make sure it is actually Nebraska ?

Thank you! We did, it was terminated by USCIS the same day as I-130 approval.

Hello and happy holidays too! It has been 11 days and things are still the same. And I personally don't expect anything until like February, March. I hope you'll also hear good news pretty soon.

I received the same message. Hope we will get approved soon. We have  been in 'actively reviewing' stage since June 7.
