Need an immigration lawyer acquainted with the Philippines

2 of my grandsons are being denied because the my stupid daughter in law and her ex baby daddy screwed up their birth certificates. First they used her nickname, on them, and then when she was 16, she lied about her age and on the second one, he got her age wrong.  She has applied last July for new BCs with correct name on them, we have sent affidavits from several people regarding her use of the nickname and witness to birth, including from the birth father who is listed on the BC's. In addition there is a child inbetween by the same father and her BC is correct.  We still do not have new BCs, and they are giving us 30 days.  She will not leave them behind. What else can we do, they do not believe she is the same person, but she is.
