Did you print your own shipping label or they printed it on-site at the fedex office? If so do they let you check the label to confirm?

I always book it myself, stating the exact address.

I then print my own label and book a FedEx collection from my home. 

 

Many UPS/FedEx stores are too quick to abbreviate or autocorrect to what the system thinks the address or name should be. In the past I always checked when using the store and there were usually errors - for example, if you put in 26 federal plaza (the NYC office) the first suggested result and full 9 digit zip code is the FBI office...not the USCIS office in the same building.

I was trying to create a label on the fedex website but don’t see anywhere to put ATTN: I-751

I don't see the reason to pay extra for that, unless you're right at the end of your 90-day window.

@LirikBlaidd87, we used Fedex overnight delivery only because we were right at the end of the 90 day window.

It was a morning delivery. I think we chose 11am. The Fedex person recommended not requiring signature to prevent issues. We just did not want FEDEX to not drop it off if there was no one there to sign. Still, someone signed for it.

 

Triple check everything. Make sure you both signed the form. Do not forget to include the form to request a text message notification.
