How did you submit it to NVC? Didn't you upload it using a PC; if so I'll assume you should have a local copy on your PC. If not you can simply fill out a new form.

Can you elaborate a bit? Did the instructions ask you to mail to NVC? What petition is this related to?

Either ways, you can always fill a new I864 and sign it.

Either ways, you can always fill a new I864 and sign it. 

Yes. Because when i filed the petition it was not an electronic filed. So you are saying I could just fill another form and use it for the interview? Thanks

You submitted the i864 with the original petition?  If so, it went stale a long time ago.
