After US Citizen filing for AoS for B1/B2 Spouse Visa holder, how long will it generally take to receive a SSN after filing Employment form?

It's actually the B1/B2 visa holder who files for AOS.  The USC spouse files the I-130 petition and signs the I-864 affidavit.

 

Anyway, the AOS applicant can only get SSN after the I-765 (or the I-485) is approved.  Current processing estimate is 7.5 to 11 months for EAD based on eligibility category (c)(9) -- https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Is it possible to expedite EAD?

Yes it is if you have a valid reason.

The I-765 has a box that you can check to prompt USCIS to prompt the Social Security Administration to issue a social security number for you. 

Yes, you can request to expedite the EAD/AP. However, keep in mind that even if the request to expedite is approved, you may still have to wait for the background checks to be resolved and finalized. That's really the rate determining step.
