CFO seminar before Manila interview?

Can you take the CFO seminar before recieving a visa? I will be visiting my wife before she has her interview, and I wanted to get the seminar out of the way if possible.

Do I have to wait until the visa has been issued?

no you dont have to wait for the visa to have a seminar or before the interview. although you'll have to wait for the sticker stamp from them after she gets the visa which is not of a big of a deal... i have my seminar before my iterview since my fiance and i happened to be in manila that time. but when i got my visa i went back to the CFO Quirino to have the sticker 2 days before my flight to the US. good luck!

Thanks for the reply...since she will have to go back to get the stamp anyway, is there any real advantage to getting the seminar done early?

It would be good to go ahead and get the seminar over with. My wife had to go before they would renew her passport and they made her bring back more information before they would complete her seminar, so it may be good to get it done now so you don't have any delays.

Now all she has to do after her interview is to take her passport with the visa back to them for the stamp and she will be ready to go!
