Hi Guys, Good News! Both of my Parents Petition are approved yesterday, Filed  04/15/21. Originally filed Nebraska but both case moved to Vermont.

Good news came in this morning. Both petitions for my daughter and mom were approved. Filed on 04/25/21. Originally from Potomac and Texas but moved to Vermont.

Hello, after I-130 is approved, do you know how long do i have to wait for NVC to get approved?

Finally got i-130 approved for my mother. Here is our story so others can be better prepared. After submitting my attested and translated birth certificate we still got a RFE. I have attached a copy of the reason for a RFE, timeline and the list of more evidence that they asked for. In our case, for folks from Pakistan an Family Registration Certificate (FRC) worked. In addition to the FRC we submitted my mother's older passports copies with my name on her passport.

Nice, both my parents got rfe for birth certificate as well, from Bangladesh. What a headache.

 

btw, is that timeline something you prepared or is there a way to access it at nvc?

This is from USCIS. We are going to start the process at the NVC.
