My daughter in law and youngest son are approved today, her daughter is still pending. 2 of the boys they have requested something more, but I am locked out of my USCIS and the lady at USCIS was unable to pull up the notice. I am sure it is about their birth certificates, because the midwife put her nick name on it. She has applied for corrected BCs but it has been a year and we have provided IDs and affidavits. What do we do if they demand the corrected BCs

You may or may not be correct regarding the RFE.  I am not sure how a midwife nickname would interfere,  but you will simply have to wait until the notice arrives

YMMV

No not the midwifes nickname, She put my daughter in law as Rubylyn instead of Ma. Ruby.  She has applied for the corrected BCs in July 2020 and they still are not done.

Worst case is that the decisions will come after required documentation is submitted, or denial after time runs out.

I don't understand what you said. It just says "we sent you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials."    I will not get the notice for about 7 days and I am locked out of my account until they call me within 72 hours to fix my password. When I spoke to the lady there, she said it is not a denial, or it would say that.  I am sure it is about the BCs with mothers name wrong.

And your question is "What do we do if they demand the corrected BCs".  The answer is that you provide them.  If you do  not provide them on time, (Your notice will give you a deadline date.) then the worst case I described is what is likely to happen.

Form instructions are very clear as to the required supporting documents.  They are not sympathetic to your difficulties, when you submit petitions without the applicable required documents.  Have you looked into providing a listed alternative document?

Unfortunately, they may really have to wait for the annotated BC.  They could try submitting an Affidavit of Same Person, but I doubt that will be enough to satisfy US immigration requirements.

It's highly very likely they'll need the right (corrected) birth cert.

We filed for the corrected BC back in July and it still is not finished. We have sent affidavits but not notarized, I am praying maybe school papers or notarized statements will work.
