Hello all,

I am getting ready to file my I-751, l am living in Texas and still happily married. From looking at the timelines in the shared google sheets it would appear that the majority of K1 entrants are filed under their local office and not the MSC. I am hoping that it the case since Texas looks to have a very quick processing times on the USCIS website.

The thing is, my conditional GC is prefixed MSC. When I file the I-751 would I get a new receipt number, and is it likely my case will be headed to the Texas office?

Yes on getting a new receipt number and Texas office. You're lucky, Texas center (SRC) is one of the fastest centers in the country.

Hi @Reed1812,

I just wanted to clarify that you would send your I-751 package to the direct filing address in Arizona. https://www.uscis.gov/i-751-direct-filing-addresses Even though you are in Texas, and your I-751 will likely be assigned to the Texas Service Center, you would still send it to the address in Arizona.

I-751 Joint Filing.

06-15-2021 - Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken.

05-26-2021 - Received NOA/extension letter. Notice date and postmarked 05-20-2021.

05-23-2021 - Received text message with Receipt #. YSC Potomac Center.

05-21-2021 - Checks cashed (processing on joint checking account)

05-07-2021 - I-751 received in Arizona.

Marriage-based AOS - Concurrent filing.

05-07-2019 - AOS Approved. Resident since date 05/07/2019.

05-06-2019 - AOS Interview

04-23-2018 - "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

03-16-2018 - Priority Date.
