Hello,

Yo can find these important numbers in the letter that you received from NVC when your case was current and that NVC is ready to process your papers. This letter is the one  that contains the numbers like you CASE # AS WELL AS THE INVOICE # that you will need in oder for you to access CEAC. Some call it The Welcome Letter from NVC.

May rhe receipt is the invoice then. Have you tried using that number as invoice id when you are logging  at https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

I have tried logging in with uscis receipt number but it still can't🥲🥲

the USCIS receipt # is no longer your case #

when the case is sent to NVC they assign a new embassy # according to where you will interview

that NVC # to sign into CEAC is what you need

it should be in the document from NVC telling you the # and also in the paper you received to show at the embassy for the interview

I hope you kept copies or have it in your email
