Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

The evidences that you claim to have are week for an CR1/IR1 visa.

Compare your case with others is a mistake. Doesn't matter how long people knew each other or how they married,  the evidences that is a real marriage is the key, and this you don't know about the other couples. Focus in your case.

You will need to prove that you and your husband share a married life, don't necessarily you need to live together but you can be his beneficiary in life and health insurance,  joint bank account, joint credit card, normal things that a couple shares.

Good luck

You may be being a little optimistic about all the magical joint things one can share with an overseas spouse.

Hopefully the petitioner can join for some feedback, beneficiary may he having a little difficulty with translation.

Is the USC in the military? Sounds a bit like. If so, he can add you to DEERS and make you an emergency contact, beneficiary of his military life insurance and all those things. That's a good thing to add to your list of evidence.

I did all this in my home country for my husband! So no magic at all 😉 Is not just in the US that a couple can share things to proof the relationship, can be made in the home country too

Well

Based on personal experience and 15 years on this site ima brief you it wasn’t necessary to get a petition processed and a visa issued

Just sayin’

This... there are other things out there that can help you bring in additional proof. Like once married, put his name on the house/deed, car insurance, etc. I think someone made a big list of possibility that helps. If someone can link to that thread on here that will be great so a lot of things won't go missing. Gym membership and so on. Lots of variety to try.

There are many things that have to have spouse in person and sign to add them to these things. It is not always possible.

I would like to get back to OPs first statement. Do you don't want to get married on the first meeting because of how it would look like for immigration or because you feel it's not the time yet to get married? If you have a gut feeling that you don't know him enough and you would rather spend more time to get to know each other then don't get married just yet no matter if you have enough evidence for your relationship or not.

How can you know someone enough if you have yet to meet?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I want to marry him, but the problem is immigration, I've tried to convince him to live here, but he already said that he doesn't want to live in my country, and just yesterday he called my mother and said again that he doesn't want to marry  in the second meeting
