Possible litigation against Manila embassy

I am currently researching different immigration attorneys for a litigation against the Manila embassy. From what I have read, it appears that the Goldstein immigration lawfirm might be the best option. Has anyone else heard of this lawfirm and how well do they do the job? I believe that if I keep sitting around and continue to wait for the Manila embassy to do anything, I could be waiting for several years. I realize that litigation does not guarantee anything, but I have pretty much had it with the games and the hiding behind the covid #######. If anyone knows anything about Josh Goldstein and his lawfirm, let me know. Right now this is the only company that has responded to me.

You should probably find out the current status of the one or two existing lawsuits already filed. I could be wrong, but the last report i read was they were stalled.

YMMV

Joe;  This whole process just beats you down.  We finally made it out of the Philippines and thought it would get better.  It really has not.  Took over five months for DHS to verify my wife was here legally.  Another five months to get a temporary ID from the State of Texas.  Mistake made by USCIS for the processing of I-131.  They denied the application and tried to make us pay a fee when no fee was required.  Today we responded to an RFE for the I-485 that amongst other things claimed I was below the poverty line when my income is almost 6 times over the requirement.  Spent five hours today resubmitting forms to the USCIS.  When I felt like enough was enough I called USCIS and talked to a Tier 2 officer who said he would correct the mistakes being made then sent me an e-mail stating that "after careful consideration he was forwarding my concerns to the NBC working my I-485"  Those in charge can only blame so much of this mess on COVID.  There has got to be a total re-do of the entire process and the first step should to get as far away from the Department of State as possible.   Best of luck to you and to everyone else who is fighting this battle.   Hang in there my friend....
