Hi, I'm planning to visit my fiance this coming June-July 2021, He's a military active member and he's still in deployment but he'll be finished this coming around June-July that's why I'm planning to travel in those dates. Our case was approved last May 10, 2021 (I-129f) . But I heard and read It may take a while before our papers to be finished due to last K1/I-129F backlog since last year 2020. that's why I'm planning to visit him for a short trip. I have 10 years multiple B2 visa. And I've been and travelled to USA couple of times. I'm from Manila, Philippines. Do you think it would be okay to visit him while waiting for our k1 petition case? Thank you

You can visit,  subject to normal entry inspection

YMMV

While you are the beneficiary of an approved I-129F petition but have not been issued a K-1 you can visit the US (presuming you have a valid visa* and no other travel restrictions get in the way).

Once your K-1 is issued, the next time you enter the US uses it (so once you've actually got a K-1 don't enter the US until you intend to stay, even if just to change planes) .

 * or ESTA or are from a country with visa-free travel to the US, though neither of those apply to the original poster

You have a valid B2 visa so you'll be allowed to travel, but entry is always at the discretion of CBP.

There are testimonies from other K1 hopefuls in the 150+ page pinned thread on this topic --
