CEAC WEBSITE DOWN

Hey all

is anyone else facing issue with CEAC Website.

My husband is unable to upload the Financial documents on the website.

it keeps directing us to civil documents page

its almost 2 weeks now.

we have called them, put a public inquiry and they said it will be up anytime.

but it doesn’t seem to be happening 

what are we suppose to do?

I'm having the same issue. I put an inquiry in but who knows. Their website said it was fixed as of May 17th but that's obviously not true. I had no idea that people had been waiting weeks! I found out last night as I thought I was finally going to be done with submitting things. Nope! I started digging around and see there's an issue. I really hope this gets resolved soon because what are we supposed to do? Just further delaying an already ridiculously long process...

and this is extremely frustrating 

i have uploded mine docs on 5th and he was going to do it on the weekend after 5th.

Can you believe since then the system is down? We called them so many times and they do not have anything to say other than ‘to wait’

I'm checking twice/thrice in a day but still nothing 

I don't know how long this is going to take  

A never-ending wait.

Nothing. Was hoping you'd have some good news since you've been waiting a lot longer than me! I'm abroad so I can't call them as easily. I also read somewhere they closed their phone lines lol not sure if that's true or not but it wouldn't be surprising. I messaged them on twitter and all they said was the site is overloaded and continue to be patient. Soooo no help. Any good news on your end?

 Nothing at my end too

i called them day before yesterday and after staying on line for 50 mins i got to hear that they cannot do anything about it. Its the department of state and they are working on it.

i asked them to give any alternative solution to this problem if we can mail them the docs to which he said NO

i don’t know how long this is going to take, it’s upsetting 😔

its 22nd May 

they aren’t even replying to any of the inquiries.

only i wish, if we knew how to be more patient in this ridiculously annoying situation

I know. "Working on it" it's been weeks. How hard is it to fix? I'm obviously not in IT but it just seems excessive. I know tech problems happen but at this point are they even working on it? I am so tired of the generic answers. If we could at least get a timeframe I'd be fine with that! I wonder how many other people have complained.

what kind of a technical problem is it that cannot be sorted out in 48-72 hours?

and we are struggling and waiting and cannot do anything about it 

I asked him about the time frame to which he said he doesn’t have any idea of how long this will take

We are facing this same problem too and have put in a public enquiry but no reply yet. Just checked this morning and still the same

We also added a joint sponsor and they cannot upload any of their financial documents either. Only option is upload civil docs for the applicant. 

So frustrating! Hopefully resolved soon 🤞

Please keep us posted! Hopefully everyone is back to work Monday so the can continue "working" on the issue!

We have put up multiple enquires and called them  it has been down since the end of first week of May

hoping this week for things to get back on the track
