I had an interview as well and received a 221g form for my no criminal record on file. May my case is already permanent dismissed. May i know what particular documents that i need to provide the NBI? Is it the final court order saying the case is already dismissed?

Thank you in advance

Take the 221g you received from the embassy to NBI (make sure to have a copy for yourself) they will know what the embassy requires.  Usually it is a letter of explanation.

Documents showing the case was dismissed would be good

I know of a fair number that needed the explanation letter from NBI, all were approved once the embassy had the letter.

I still not getting n endorsement letter from the US embassy so i can go to NBI office to clear my name. my k2 is turning 21 on August 3. Can i still bring her if the Embassy will send me an endorsement letter late? or after her birthday?

 Im so worried.

Age out is age out.  The k2 needs to enter the usa before turning 21.

YMMV

Yes i understand that however the consular officer told me that he will make the process quick because he understand that my daughter will turn 21 soon. However until now they are not taking the necessary action yet so i can go to the NBI and clear my case.

The consular officer needs to do what was promised.   Once your k2 reaches 21, they cannot travel on that visa and will remain behind until you become eligible to petition,  which will take many years.

YMMV
