Item 16b End date for current employer:  If still working at the job what do I put in?  The application is asking for numeric date and not letting me put in Still Working.

Thank you.

Just leave it blank as there's no end date to record

The form is not letting me delete or erase CA from dropdown menu.  It is the address abroad. I cannot delete the state.  Any suggestions?

Thank you.

On the K1 Visa application there is a question about the certificate number for naturalization (citizenship).

On the certificate there are 2 numbers:

One number on the top right hand corner says: No. (Has 8 digits)

The other one on the left side: Petition No. (has 8 digits).

Which number is the number to put on the  application, item 42a?

Thank you.

Hi.

Does the 2-year visit with my fiancee include the day I left?

I arrived in her country in May of 2019 and left on June 3rd of 2019.

Can I submit the K1 Application package before June 3rd of 2021?

Also, I don't have 2x2 passport pictures of her.  Can I submit the package with my passport photo, but not hers?

Thank you.

You need to hurry with just a week left and tell her to get a passport picture ASAP. Then have her send the picture to you electronically and print it out. I guess you could send the packet in and get an RFE for it later.
