I got citizenship via my ex-spouse in 2005 ( spouse was IT sponsored GC->as spouse I got GC, as well.  5 yrs later,  I became US citizen in 2005).

Now Page 3, Item 41:

Have you obtained a Certificate of Naturalization or a Certificate of Citizenship in your own name?

Yes or No

My comment: I dont recall at all if I got a certificate. And I dont have any Certificate on my hands.  What do I say here?

Thank you 😊

You attended an oath ceremony, right?  You must have received your naturalization certificate after the ceremony.  If not, how were you able to get a US passport without it?

I probably did receive it. After all the divorce in the past, likely got misplaced.

What would be my solution at this point?

Answer "Yes" to the question.  Then for Certificate Number, enter "Unknown - lost certificate".

This isn't a big deal for the I-129F anyway, since your US passport bio page will be sufficient proof of citizenship.
