Hello everyone,I've requested a FOIA on my I-94 history and after couple of months i was granted access, now the trouble is that it's not accurate. For example it's saying i was in Russia in 2017, I've never entered Russia.

Also the departing dates from US are not accurate...

Any advice in what i should do about it?

As far as I know, the I-94 history only shows your records of arrivals to and departures from the U.S.  If something says you entered Russia, that may be a different type of travel history?

Regarding incorrect departure dates from the U.S., if you have documentation to prove they are incorrect you might be able to contact CBP about it here (that is the link they suggest for issues with the I-94). I'm assuming you are outside the U.S., but within the U.S. it is also possible to talk to someone at a CBP Deferred Inspection site.

FOIA is for US immigration arrival departure records. they wont know if you are in Russia or not. if they are not accurate , you reapply again. you need to provide more details here why you think they are not accurate

Because couple of times it's saying I've only spend 4 days in the states. I've always spend 1 month each time I've entered
