I-130 approved, how long now?

I have a friend that has applied for her mom on the I-130. It was approved Aug. 27, 2020. Is there anyplace to see the wait times or the average time before the interviews, medicals?  The Manila Embassy has no time frame.

Interview date: Oct. 20,2008 7am ***APPROVED***

Visa delivery : Oct. 23,2008

Arrival in USA : oCt. 29 ,2008 POE Houston, Tx.

They are but it is very limited at this point in time

Unless they are Document Qualified at NVC, the file goes nowhere.  Also, IR5 was suspended for almost a year, the line is probably quite long.
