She cannot get her father's permission because he wants her to marry an Iranian Muslim. Does anyone know where we could get married without her father's permission or any loopholes? We are intending on getting married in Turkey.

I already posted it.

Zoom wedding in Utah.  Neither of you have to be in Utah to get married.  You meet up in Turkey.  Now the wedding is legitimate for USCIS and department of state purposes.

If she has a passport, you can marry in turkey or any other country, but you have to have a legit marriage certificate. Why you are not applying for a fiance visa, has fewer headaches.

The fiance visa has far more headaches and it costs a lot more than a CR1
