K-1 Interview Rescheduling Portugal/France

Hello,

 

Portuguese citizens interview in Paris and have an interview date assigned for them. Two days ago, we received an interview date for June 22nd. My fiancé has an exam for school on this day and transit to Paris will take several hours, so it is not possible for him to attend. We'd like to postpone the interview to late July if possible.

 

Are we able to reschedule to the next available interview slot using https://ais.usvisa-info.com/, or do we need to call to receive a new interview date? We've made an account, but it seems like we have to pay a $275 fee before we can proceed to the interview scheduling section.

July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)

November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

I am not sure if there if anyone here can tell me something new, but I am getting very frustrated with trying to get this interview rescheduled. The original date they gave us is in 15 days. We now on the fourth week of attempting to get it rescheduled.

 

I've tried 5 email addresses, 2 phone numbers, and 2 contact forms. They all direct me back to one email address that has only replied to one email in the past month. I've tried various wordings, various subject lines (all including our application ID), and various times of day. The only response I've gotten was to my reschedule request 3 weeks ago with "Are you sure you'd like to reschedule?". I replied yes and still have not heard back.

 

I'm not sure what else to do at this point, I am getting worried that the interview date will come and go and we will still not hear back.
