What Does CASE PENDING MEANS ?

Recently I send an inquiry for an update on our case, I got response that our case is in pending...We had our interview in 2019, at the end of which CO asked for Joint sponsor ( Submitted after 2 days of Interview) and said you will receive visa in 4 weeks...but we did not received. In Dec 2019 we submitted 2nd medical as we were asked, but it was waste of money as nothing good happened. upon sending an inquiry related to 2nd medical they said we will call you for re oath. and now i got response of Case Pending.

What should i do now?

you should always do a timeline ,  please 

and let the VJ community know the type of visa and country

(makes a big difference)

Case pending means  

The definition of pending is something that is about to happen or something that cannot occur until a decision is made or some other resolution is achieved

2nd Medical Dec 2019

Email again and ask for status.  Your case is ready and approved bcas they asked for 2nd medical.  However in 2020 there was a embassy closure and trump ban.
