It’s the same basic form but not the same process. A parent is an immediate relative for immigration purposes. A sibling is not, and for a sibling petition age and marital status of the sibling don’t matter. Parent will be 1-2 years, siblings 14 years + depending on country. Your parents can however apply for your sibling once they have their own green cards, and that will be faster.
