This is a 3 page letter that I received today. They need more information from my husband to support all that he stated on his form. If I send a copy of his w2 and his 2020 tax transcripts, do I still need to send the bank statements,  pays tubs or any other financial documents.

Unless the other 2 pages of the letter requires your husband's financial statements, it looks like they are asking for the most recent tax return.  Transcript is preferred, but also W2's and 1099's.

It also says USCIS could not determine from what was submitted that your husband meets the income requirements.  Does he make over 125% of the poverty guideline for your household?  If his taxes do not show that, you may also need to submit paystubs and a letter from his employer, assuming his current salary would qualify.

We can provide better advise if you can provide some details of your situation.

The letter states alot. It states something about if his income doesn't meet requirements and joint sponsor as well as what the joint sponsor would need. It also state what evidence of assets can be submitted. Since we do not need a joint sponsor because in the last Paragraph of the letter, it says he lists his current income as an amount considered as sufficient however no evidence has been submitted as proof of current income. It also says submit evidence of the petitioning sponsor current income should include pay stubs or other docs of pay for previous 6 months, evidence of other income such as tax exempt interest, qualified dividends, Ira distribution, pension, annuities and ssa 1099 or ssdi 1099. Letter of employment with date of employment, nature of the job, yearly salary, weekly work hours and prospects for future employment and advancement.

Send a tax transcript, W-2s, and 6 months of paycheck stubs that should be enough unless he is self-employed.

Thanks my jamaican fam. We have gathered all that last evening and will be sending it off next Tuesday after he becomes a USC.

Thanks much VJ fam
